Building your own villa in Marrakech, the Palmeraie, Route de l’Ourika or Route d’Amizmiz? Your architect designs the look; our engineers design the structure that keeps it safe, durable and earthquake-resistant, and we supervise the works on site.

How we help

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace the architect?

No. In Morocco the architectural design and permit application are made by a licensed architect. We work alongside your architect, or can introduce you to partner architects.

Can you supervise the site while I am abroad?

Yes. We visit at each key stage and send you reports and photos.
